After six years of military service, Sultan started an online food business in 2024. As it grew, he found that orders, sales reports and staff permissions were spread across disconnected tools, and wanted merchants to have better control over store data and daily operations. He began learning Laravel with AI coding assistants and building Enterlumix to address those problems through a connected commerce platform. His story is at /platform/our-story.

It grew from its founder’s experience running an online food business and wanting better ways to manage orders, reports and staff access. Enterlumix is designed with tenant-scoped records and role-based permissions so each merchant works with authorized data for their store. This is the intended access model, not a promise that platform operators can never access data or a substitute for an independent security audit.

Partners may earn 30% of eligible, verified paid Enterlumix subscription invoices under the published rules; payouts are manual and earnings are not guaranteed. Merchants can connect supported supplier accounts and import selected products as drafts, while supplier, stock and delivery costs still apply. Existing domains can be connected after DNS and HTTPS setup; domain purchasing is not currently offered in the published domain guide. Developers submit app listings and designers submit themes for review. Sultan describes the intended creator model as direct merchant-to-creator payment without an Enterlumix share, but the actual listing and agreement control all prices, fees and payment terms.

Enterlumix is a SaaS commerce and merchant-operations platform combining online stores, visual storefront and landing-page editing, ERP workflows, supplier integrations, Guru AI assistance, and app-development and partner workspaces. Feature availability depends on the published status and required integrations.

Yes. After sign-in, Your stores lets you select an existing store or create a new store or workspace. An account can use Online Store, Dropshipping, App Development and Partner together. Each store has its own authorised memberships.

Use Home → Choose theme or Store Customize for storefront design. Open Landing Pages → Create for campaign pages, templates, sections, draft saving, preview and publishing.

A new store must be attributed to your referral link when it is created. The partner ledger records 30% of each eligible live, verified, paid Enterlumix subscription invoice, including qualifying renewals while the referred store keeps paying. No fixed lifetime income is guaranteed.

Free subscriptions, unpaid or failed invoices, sandbox tests and payments awaiting verification do not earn commission. Payouts are manual. The recorded partner balance is not an automatic bank transfer, and app/theme commercial terms are separate.

Yes. Choose App Development and/or Partner when creating a workspace. Use Dev Dashboard → Apps for app listings and Partner Dashboard → Themes for theme-package submissions. Review and access requirements apply.

Guru AI can prepare theme changes, create or edit landing pages and propose products with generated images. You review and approve product creation or draft saving; publishing requires separate approval. It also provides selected-store dashboard reports and exact order lookup by full phone number or order ID. These merchant features require AI-provider configuration and authorised access. The separate public website assistant offers product guidance and general answers without access to private store data. Unattended publishing is not offered.

A standalone POS checkout, offline selling and retail hardware support are planned, not live. Existing ERP product and order tools should not be confused with a deployed point-of-sale system.

The domain-management workflow supports connecting a domain you own, subject to ownership verification, DNS, VPS routing and HTTPS setup. Domain registration, transfers and automatic renewals are not enabled.

Eligible new stores have a 10-day trial, followed by BDT 100 total for the next two months, then regular plan pricing. Check the current packages and store billing before paying. Real billing requires an enabled gateway.

Yes. Enterlumix operates at enterlumix.com with live merchant workspaces, stores and Guru AI. Your role, plan, usage limits and connected providers determine which tools you can use. Roadmap features such as standalone POS remain separately labelled.

Email verification and Google sign-in are available. Email signup uses a five-minute code followed by creation of your Enterlumix password. Apple sign-in is not currently offered. WhatsApp verification is being prepared through Meta and is available only after the required app, authentication template and delivery configuration are approved and enabled. Use email or Google if WhatsApp is unavailable. We never ask for your Google, email or WhatsApp password.

Enterlumix public HTTPS pages, guides, FAQ, policies, sitemap and llms.txt provide public product information. Crawling depends on our robots settings and each provider’s rules; indexing, AI recommendations and search rankings are not guaranteed. Private dashboards, customer records and merchant conversations are not public documentation.

Email [email protected] with your store and invoice reference. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid period. Request a refund within 14 days of a duplicate or incorrect charge, or a paid platform service not being provided. Change-of-mind refunds are not guaranteed; mandatory consumer rights are preserved. Read /platform/legal/data-deletion and email [email protected] from your registered email, or identify your registered WhatsApp number and explain if you cannot access it. Include the store ID if applicable and whether you want WhatsApp-linked data or your whole account deleted. We verify authority and aim to complete the request within 30 days or explain any justified extension. Never send a password or OTP. Necessary legal, transaction and security records may be retained.
