From account to your first store.

  1. Start for free → Email

    Verify your email using the five-minute code, create your Enterlumix password, then log in. Do not enter your mailbox password. You can also sign in with Google. WhatsApp verification requires the platform's Meta delivery setup.

  2. Your stores → Create a new store or workspace

    Returning accounts select their own stores here. New accounts can choose Online Store, Dropshipping, App Development and Partner together.

  3. Purpose selection → Continue

    Store purposes create a numbered store. App Development or Partner can open their workspace without a store. Partner programme terms require acceptance.

  4. Home → Products, design and settings

    Add products, choose your theme and configure checkout, delivery and policies. Your stores returns you to the account selector.

Find your workspace.

  • Start for free — Verify your email with the five-minute code, create your Enterlumix password and log in, or use Google sign-in. Never enter your mailbox password.
  • Create a new store or workspace — Choose Online Store on the purpose screen. Store names start from your account name and a store number.
  • Home → Add product — Prepare your catalogue, then use Choose theme to open Store Customize.
  • Your stores — Return to the account selector to switch between stores you are authorised to access.
  • Home → Choose theme — Choose your storefront design and open its visual editor.
  • Landing Pages → Create — Start with a blank canvas or a landing template and add your campaign content.
  • Save to draft → Preview → Publish — Review desktop and mobile presentation before making the page public.
  • Dashboard — Open your merchant workspace for business activity and available reporting.
  • Order Management / Product Management — Manage orders and catalogue data within your selected store.
  • Executive Corner / Payroll Management — Use the staff and payroll tools available to your account role.
  • Settings → Users and roles — Review permissions before giving a teammate access.

Dropshipping →

Supplier setup required
  • Purpose selection → Dropshipping — Create a store for your dropshipping business.
  • Settings → Apps — Open the supported supplier app and connect your own supplier credentials. Availability depends on platform app configuration.
  • Import as draft — Check product content, exchange rates, margins, shipping costs and selling prices before publishing.

Guru AI →

Live — usage limits apply
  • Explore with the public Guru — Use Guru AI in the website header for product guidance and general questions. It cannot look up accounts, read merchant records, edit a store or browse the live web.
  • Select your store → Guru AI — Sign in, select your store and open Guru from the merchant header. Ask for today’s report, find an order by its full phone number or ID, or describe the product or page you want to create.
  • Preview, approve and move forward — Guru prepares the supported action and brings design work into the appropriate editor. Check the result, approve product creation or draft saving, and separately approve publishing when your page is ready.

Custom domains →

DNS & HTTPS setup required
  • Settings → Domains — Open domain management for your selected store and add the domain you own.
  • Your DNS provider — Apply the ownership and routing records shown in the domain instructions.
  • Verify connection — Complete ownership, DNS and HTTPS checks before sending customers to the new address.

Apps & theme development →

Review-based workflows
  • Create a new store or workspace → App Development — Enable your developer workspace without having to create a merchant store.
  • Dev Dashboard → Apps — Create an app listing, complete the required details and submit it for review.
  • Partner Dashboard → Themes — After accepting partner terms, submit your own theme package and demo URL.

  • Explore Merchant ERP — Understand the online product, order and staff workflows already present.
  • Contact support — Ask about a planned POS use case before relying on hardware, offline or in-person payment support.
