Essential platform functions
The application uses session and security cookies to maintain authentication, selected-store state and request protection. Session duration and secure-cookie settings are controlled by the deployed platform configuration.
Public website and preferences
The public website uses essential session functions and can store your language preference. Public Guru keeps recent conversation context in the session; New chat clears that session conversation. Public links and locally hosted media do not themselves grant an advertising provider access to private accounts. Browser storage may also hold cart state and reload-only form drafts, including selected files kept on your device for recovery.
Merchant storefront tracking
Merchants may configure supported pixels and customer-event integrations separately. These must respect the storefront’s consent settings and published merchant notice. Consent on one store is not permission for unrelated stores to track a visitor.
Duration and choices
Cookie and browser-storage lifetimes depend on the function and deployed settings. Session context follows session expiry; form recovery is intended for same-page reloads and is cleared on accepted navigation or successful save. You can clear cookies and site storage, manage optional consent controls where offered, or use browser privacy settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, and clearing storage removes local drafts. Browser controls do not necessarily stop server-side events; contact the relevant merchant about its tracking.
